In2scienceUK is committed to promoting social mobility and diversity within STEM through working with young people from low-income and under-represented backgrounds.
Sign up to support In2scienceUK, the award-winning STEM charity, to give three online mentoring sessions to young people to help them succeed.
Thank you to all those that have kindly offered to support the In2scienceUK virtual placement programme this year.
In such difficult circumstances, it is more important than ever to ensure that these students have the opportunities, guidance and support to enable them to persue a career in the STEM sector and fulfill thier potential.
We have been overwhlemed by the response from researchers, scientists and STEM proffesionals that have wanted to help to support the programme. It is a testiment to the STEM community in the UK.
Due to the volume of responses we have had so far, mentoring applications have now closed.
We always welcome support for our students, and we will be including details of how to express interest in next year’s programme in the coming weeks.
