Jade Smith, a mentee of Daniella Cross has shared the impact that Dani made on her.

“Dani was one of a kind—a genuine person who always put others before herself. From day one, she showed me the ropes of the job, teaching me processes in the lab, and inspiring me to continually develop myself. Her drive and passion were contagious, fueling my own determination to complete my apprenticeship and pursue promotions. I am only where I am today because of Dani’s guidance and support, especially during difficult times. She consistently went above and beyond to assist others and had a way of making every day feel effortless. As an 18-year-old straight out of school, entering the work environment was daunting, but knowing Dani was there, happy to answer any questions or queries I had, was incredibly encouraging. Her patience and kindness were truly admirable. Her wisdom, guidance, and unwavering support have been invaluable. She not only taught me the ropes but also inspired me to reach heights I never thought possible. Thank you, Dani, for believing in me and for being a constant source of encouragement and inspiration. I am forever grateful for her mentorship and hope to make her proud of the person she has helped shape.”
