Charlotte Griffiths joined In2scienceUK in June 2026 as an In2STEM Programme Officer. As a first-generation university student from a low-income, single-parent household, Charlotte cares deeply about breaking down barriers and helping underrepresented young people build the confidence to pursue careers in STEM.
Charlotte studied at Cardiff University for both their undergraduate and master’s degrees in Philosophy, with a focus on feminism and the philosophy of mental illness. In her previous job role, she helped to deliver a programme that supports young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds gain employability skills, placement opportunities and further qualifications. For the past six years, she’s also worked part-time as a GCSE Science tutor.
