Rob Dickinson joined the In2Science UK board with deep experience in technology leadership, operations, and governance. Over the last 15 years, Rob has worked within the London tech scale-up ecosystem, helping companies navigate rapid growth from small teams to organizations with hundreds of employees, contributing across Product, Technology, and Operations. Before focusing on scale-ups, Rob gained foundational experience in management consulting and spent his early career as a software developer. Rooted in a strong technical background, Rob holds an MEng in General Engineering.
Rob’s commitment to In2Science UK stems from his belief in the transformative opportunities provided by a career in STEM and technology. He is passionate about ensuring more young people have access to these fields, regardless of their background, to promote economic stability and diverse talent. Rob also brings governance experience, having previously served as the Chair of a local primary school’s Governing Body for nearly a decade. He looks forward to applying his operational and technical background to support In2Science UK’s mission of unlocking potential and boosting diversity across the sector.
