Head of Development
As Head of Development you will lead our Development team into the future. We have a successful history of largely responsive fundraising and referrals and are looking to recruit someone into this new role who can formalise a pipeline of new business to feed into our five-year strategic plan. This will include implementing new fundraising management systems and growing the Development team.

Head of Programmes
The Head of Programmes role at In2scienceUK is at the forefront of developing our ambitious plans and putting them into action. In this role you will find the best way to achieve our goals to support and empower young people. You will be a key part of developing and refining our strategic objectives for the next five years and lead a fantastic team who are dedicated to empowering young people.
You will have a clear understanding of how to deliver high quality education and training experiences and how to keep our programmes fresh and exciting for young people. You will be excited about motivating a talented team to achieve their goals.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about diversity and the importance of representation in academia to join the In2research team as a project coordinator to help deliver, develop and expand our In2research Programme.
You will be someone who has experience in developing and delivering programmes or projects, alongside developing strong relationships with people. A problem solver, who is able to work efficiently and flexibility within a small team and independently to achieve programme outcomes.
