In2science Programme Officer (up to £30k)

Permanent, Full-time, Remote Role

We are looking for a Programme Officer to support the delivery of the In2science Programme. You will support all stages of the programme including recruitment, planning, delivery, participant and volunteer management, and evaluation.

We want to hear from people who can passionately represent the interests of the diverse young people that we serve. We are not asking for particular qualifications. We care about your character, your skills and potential. In2research Programme Officer (up to £32k)

Permanent, Full-time, Remote Role

We are looking for an experienced project manager, to help expand our high-quality programme by supporting all stages of the programme including: planning; delivery; recruitment; participant and volunteer management and evaluation. 

With multiple internal and external stakeholders involved in the continual success of In2research, excellent communication and project delivery skills will be key in this role. You will be an organised and motivated self-starter who thrives in the face of change, enjoys creative problem solving, working in a team and can achieve deadlines on a tight timescale. 

You will also have an understanding of the barriers facing young people from low socio-economic backgrounds in accessing postgraduate research degrees and be passionate about diversity and the importance of representation in academia.

Programme Assistant (up to £25k)

Permanent, Full-time, Remote Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for 2x Programme Assistants to support the delivery of our In2science and In2research programmes. We are looking for candidates who have an interest in promoting social mobility and diversity in STEM, and who understand the barriers young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds face when accessing higher education, postgraduate research and careers. Candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and will be highly organised and efficient, with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
