In2research Programme Manager

The In2research programme aims to improve access to postgraduate research degrees and careers for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. Working with institutions including UCL, we are on track to support hundreds of young people in the first two years of the programme’s inception, with exciting and ambitious plans to expand.

This role will ensure successful management, delivery and growth of high-quality programmes for our young people. You will be an experienced people and project manager, confident in leading, empowering and motivating a small but capable team to achieve delivery targets and goals supporting our wider vision and strategic objectives.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills will be key. You will be an organised and motivated self-starter who thrives in the face of change, enjoys creative problem solving and works in a lean way, optimising our processes and systems to ensure our programme infrastructure and ways of working maximise on impact, resource and scalability.

In2science Programme Manager

The In2science summer programme aims to provide young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to achieve their goals and help prepare them for a career in STEM. This summer, we have 700 young people taking part, with ambitious and exciting plans to upscale over the next few years to meet the year-on-year increase in demand.

This role will ensure successful management, delivery and growth of high-quality programmes for our young people. You will be an experienced people and project manager, confident in leading, empowering and motivating a small but capable team to achieve delivery targets and goals supporting our wider vision and strategic objectives.

You will be an organised and motivated self-starter with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills and someone who enjoys creative problem solving. Working in a lean and collaborative way, you will have a knack for optimising complex processes and systems to ensure our programme infrastructure and ways of working maximise on impact, resource and scalability. You will be able to process complex information, whilst not losing sight of the bigger picture.
